I forgot my password.
From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@bastionforge.app from the address attached to your account. We'll verify and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the app, go to Profile → Manage Subscription, and you'll be taken to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
I bought a content pack but it isn't showing up.
Pull down on the Shop screen to refresh, or fully close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't appear, email us your purchase receipt and we'll investigate.
I joined a campaign but I don't see my bastion.
Make sure the DM has invited you and that you've created a bastion within that campaign. Bastions are scoped to a single campaign — they don't move between them.
The app is acting strangely or crashing.
Try restarting the app first. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of what you were doing. Screenshots help a lot.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, please. Email your ideas and the most-requested ones make it onto the roadmap.
Bug Reports
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 / iOS 18.2)
- The app version (shown on the Profile screen)
- What you were doing when the bug happened
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible
